The workplace skills your graduates were never formally taught.

Workplace Ready is live, in-person soft skills training for Gen Z graduates and early-career employees. Participants learn how to communicate, build trust, handle feedback, manage professional relationships and understand what their leaders and organisations need from them.

Close the gap between being qualified and being workplace ready.

Graduates often arrive with the technical skills to do the job but without a deep understanding of how professional workplaces function. Workplace Ready gives them insight and a practical head start.

Workplace Ready - The skills that shape a professional reputation rarely appear in a position description

The workplace gap

The skills that shape a professional reputation rarely appear in a position description.

Graduates and young professionals are often expected to navigate important workplace situations before anyone has taught them how. Workplace Ready makes those expectations clear before trial and error does.

View course modules

Show participants why these skills matter to their career.

For an employee who has been told they're attending a training program, the natural question is: 'What will I get
out of it?'

Workplace Ready gives them a clear answer.

As a participant, they’ll learn to communicate with greater credibility, build better relationships with their managers and colleagues, approach feedback and career progression conversations effectively, and feel more prepared when unfamiliar professional situations arise.

The aim is to give ambitious early-career employees a better understanding of the environment they work in, so they can pursue their goals with greater awareness of the people and the business around them.
